105 – New National Number for Power Cuts

If you need to report or get information on power cuts, you can now ring the national three-digit 105 telephone number and you will be put through to your Local Network Operator free of charge. How to report a gas leak

If you are aware of a leak of gas or suspect an escape of gas, this should be reported via the National Gas Emergency Number of 0800 111 999.

Tampering with electricity or gas meters can be dangerous. If you see or suspect energy theft, please report it to Stay Energy Safe by calling 0800 023 2777 or using their online form.
