'Net Zero Week' Festival 2021

'Net Zero Week’ Festival has come and gone, but the discussions we started with our customers and stakeholders about the transition to net-zero will continue well beyond the event. We welcomed over 140 industry experts, customers and stakeholders to our Canary Wharf office for a day of insightful content and hosted an outdoor festival event to facilitate discussions around the important topic of net-zero.

Attendees gathered in person for insightful seminars including presentations from Aviva PLC, Baringa, Cornwall Insight, Grid Edge and JLL. We also streamed our seminars live online to an interactive virtual audience.

Meanwhile, the 'Net-Zero Week' Festival took place outside our office in Columbus Courtyard where attendees enjoyed sustainably sourced food and drinks and entertainment provided by DJ Sassy Wylie and Martin Offiah, the former pro-rugby player and Net Zero Week Ambassador.

Grid Edge and Virta, partners of our EV and V2G proof of concept project, exhibited V2G chargers and Nissan and Tesla EV models, which proved to be a hit and conservation starter amongst attendees.
