Generator and electricity supply customers and partners can access our Sales Trading contact details via our online portal, The Source. If you’re an existing counterpart, please contact the Shift Trading team directly for balancing and notification issues. If you’re a new counterpart, you’ll need to speak with our Origination team, please refer to our general contact details here and we’ll direct your call or email accordingly.
