Change of tenancy
If you are due to move out of a property currently supplied by SmartestEnergy, please complete the necessary Change of Tenancy form below or contact your dedicated Customer Service Executive so we can keep your account up to date.
Please be advised that the below Moving In/Out forms should only be used by customers on supply with SmartestEnergy Limited. If your account/supply is with SmartestEnergy Business Limited, we will be unable to process your request.
Please note that SmartestEnergy account references will be 10-digits long, beginning with R000*******.
If you are unsure whether your supply is with SmartestEnergy or SmartestEnergy Business, this can be checked by contacting your local distribution network operator. Visit their website to get more information.
New connections
If you require installation of a new supply to one of your properties, please contact your Account Manager to request our New Connections form.
If you require removal of a supply from one of your properties, please contact your Customer Service Executive to discuss how to proceed.
